Our Story!
I founded Loyal Looks Dog Grooming in 2018 with one simple goal: to provide exceptional grooming while treating every dog with the patience, compassion, and individual attention they deserve.
Like many small businesses, Loyal Looks started modestly. I began in a small rented salon space, where I built a loyal client base through quality work, honest service, and genuine relationships with both pets and their owners.
In 2020, an opportunity arose that completely changed the direction of my business. At the time, professional mobile dog grooming was virtually unavailable throughout Southern Brazoria County. I saw a real need for a more convenient, less stressful grooming experience, so I invested in a professional Wag’n Tails mobile grooming salon and took Loyal Looks on the road.
The response from the community exceeded every expectation.
Mobile grooming allowed my clients to enjoy professional grooming services right in their own driveway, eliminating the need for stressful car rides, crowded salons, and long waits. Dogs could receive one-on-one attention from start to finish, while owners enjoyed the convenience of having premium grooming brought directly to their homes.
As demand continued to grow, I continued looking for ways to improve the quality, comfort, and efficiency of the service I provide. Rather than staying with my original mobile setup, I upgraded to a newer, more advanced Wag’n Tails mobile grooming salon. My current van features an all-electric battery-powered system, eliminating the need for a traditional generator. This quieter, more environmentally friendly technology creates a calmer grooming experience for pets while reducing noise, improving efficiency, and allowing me to provide an even higher level of mobile service.
Today, Loyal Looks proudly serves families throughout Southern Brazoria County with a fully equipped, state-of-the-art mobile grooming salon and a commitment to providing safe, reliable, and high-quality care for every dog I meet.
The future is just as exciting. While mobile grooming will always remain at the heart of Loyal Looks, the next chapter is already underway. My vision is to open a brick-and-mortar grooming salon that complements the mobile service, giving clients the flexibility to choose the option that best fits their needs. By offering both mobile and in-salon grooming, Loyal Looks will be able to serve even more families without sacrificing the personalized care and quality that have defined the business since day one.
